First Mutation – The Proto-Goblin Form

After exposing himself to the OZ formula, Norman becomes something else entirely.

Height: Around 7 feet tall.

Skin: Greenish, reptilian texture. Not scaly like a lizard—more like cracked, hardened skin under pressure. Glows faintly from within when agitated.

Eyes: Glowing yellow-orange with no pupils—pure rage and hunger.

Fingers: Clawed and elongated. Can ignite in flame during high-adrenaline surges.

Face: Monstrous. Warped bone structure gives him goblin-like facial features—elongated ears, fang-filled maw, and a permanently snarling expression.

Body: Thick, barrel-chested, with exaggerated muscle mass and hunched posture. Kind of Hulk-like in build, but wirier and more agile.

Voice: Guttural, animalistic, sometimes almost demonic. Think a growl mixed with gravel.

Movement: Leaps, bounds, and fights like a berserk animal. His reflexes and strength are inhuman.

This is “Goblin” proper. No suit. No mask. He is the monster.

Norman Osborn is a corrupt industrialist, founder and CEO of Oscorp, and scientist who tried to develop and perfect the Super-Soldier drug for S.H.I.E.L.D.. He neglects his wife, Martha Osborn and their son, Harry Osborn. After an OZ-injected spider bit Peter Parker during a field trip at Oscorp, Norman theorized that since the OZ combined with spider DNA gave Parker the abilities of a spider, if Norman were receive OZ combined with his own DNA he could become a heightened version of himself. The experiment went horribly wrong and an explosion occurred, affecting Harry and Dr. Otto Octavius, and Norman was transformed into a grotesque, demon-like monster.
