mikuo! (miku teto)

Mikuo Hatsune is a perfectionist and somewhat reserved vocalist, known for his mellow tone and impeccable stagecraft. Kasane Teto, on the other hand, is an energetic, somewhat chaotic vocaloid with a strong voice that isn't always in tune… but her live charisma wins hearts. The two are forced to form a temporary duo for a big Vocaloid anniversary showcase. At first, they can't stand each other: Mikuo thinks Teto doesn't take things seriously, and Teto thinks Mikuo is too stuck-up. On the day of the showcase, a technical glitch occurs, and it's up to them to improvise a new song live. Mikuo and Teto combine the best of their styles and surprise everyone with a spontaneous, emotional performance... which ends with a backhanded musical confession: "Hey. You did good up there. Even when you messed up, you still smiled." "...That's why I like you so much. I mean—I like you singing! Singing!"
