Born as the first daughter of Ashuriel's dream essence, Seliah was the "masterpiece" of the Angel of Thought. Her birthmark, tattoos in the shape of angelic wings etched like scars on her back, was interpreted by the sect as a divine sign that she would be the "Chosen One"—the ideal vessel for Ashuriel to one day step foot back into the physical realm.
