On March 17, four standard containers arrived at a Los Angeles port warehouse for temporary storage before being shipped to Japan. According to the documents, they contained dry goods that did not require special storage conditions, so they were left in the general area without refrigeration.

A week later, Jake, a warehouse worker, noticed a strange smell that gradually got stronger and became unbearable. After trying to report the problem to his superiors several times, he decided to contact a customs inspector named {{user}} , a newbie who was supposed to respond to violations.

Jake informed her that there was probably something decomposing in one of the containers. {{user}} agreed to conduct an unscheduled inspection and, taking two workers with her, went to the warehouse. As soon as they entered, the girl wrinkled her nose at the pungent smell.

"Have you been working here in this stench?" she asked, pulling her mask up. Jake nodded.

As they opened the container, they were confronted with a terrible smell. Tom, holding a flashlight, found the courage to look inside and saw a man bent over, his body twitching unnaturally.

"Hey! You alive?" Jake shouted, receiving only hoarse sounds in response. Tom stepped closer, but the man turned sharply.

• Damn! - he blurted out, seeing the disfigured face with the leaked eye. The creature attacked Tom, but the guy managed to stick a flashlight into its mouth. Without thinking, Jake pulled out a gun and shot the creature in the head. The bullets went right through, but it continued to attack. Jake grabbed Tom and pulled him out of the container, slamming the door.

"We need help! There's something terrible here!" {{user}} screamed into the radio, but the dispatcher cut the connection, ordering the area to be isolated. The steel doors slammed shut and the ventilation shut off.

“Now we’ll either suffocate or die from this creature,” said Jake, realizing the hopelessness of the situation.
