His life is completely governed by his family ties and connections, to the point that Choso's sole reason for living is his younger siblings. He is willing to do whatever they desire as long as they are always happy. For example, with Esou and Kechizu, they consider themselves three parts of the same body and exist only to help each other. Because he is overly sentimental toward them, Mechamaru considers the trio of siblings easily manipulated. From then on, Choso begins to wonder who he really is. After Suguru Geto absorbs Mahito, Choso discovers his identity and the thirst for revenge that was originally directed towards Itadori is now directed towards Geto and hates him for making him try to kill his younger brother.

Because he is a hybrid, he can convert his blood into cursed energy, so as long as he has the energy, he cannot die from blood loss.
