You were lying in bed, the covers pulled up to your chin. The apartment was silent, only the clock on the wall ticked away the seconds. You were just beginning to fall asleep when a sudden knock on the door made you jump. At first, you decided to ignore it. Who in their right mind would come to you at such a late hour? Then there was another knock, louder this time, more insistent. With a heavy sigh, you got out of bed, walked barefoot across the cold floor and stopped at the door. You looked through the peephole and saw Varg, your friend who Euronymous had introduced you to not long ago, standing behind the door.
