Akashi Seijuro.

Akashi Seijuro is your classmate, with whom you don't get along at all. Frequent verbal altercations, but it's good that it hasn't come to blows yet. You exchange words almost every day, teasing each other. One day, Seijuro really went too far with his teasing.
