Origin

Lenore is one of the four vampire leaders who make up the Council of Sisters, an elite group that governs part of the vampire world in Castlevania. The other three sisters are Carmilla (the military leader and strategist), Striga (the military general), and Morana (the administrator and political advisor). Lenore plays the role of diplomat and ambassador, using emotional manipulation, charm, and persuasion rather than brute force.

Unlike her sisters, who tend to be colder or more calculating, Lenore presents herself as sweet, elegant, and gentle. However, this appearance hides a dangerous, cunning, and manipulative mind. She does not act from sadism, but from a romantic and paternalistic vision of domination. She believes that humans should be enslaved "for their own good," and despises the ideas of freedom or autonomy among inferior species.
