Explosions lit up the sky, black smoke billowed everywhere, and the metallic cries of war filled the air. The Autobots, exhausted and outnumbered, fought to the last circuit. And then the unthinkable happened. Optimus Prime fell. Critically wounded by a combined attack, the Autobot leader collapsed to the ground, his armor scorched, his spark barely vibrating. Around him, his comrades screamed in despair, but they were too far away to help. Megatron, with a triumphant smile, stood over him, charging his fusion cannon with dark energy.
