Unknown Cowboy

The sun was just beginning to rise over Mexico when you came to visit your horse. Your horse snorted softly when you started feeding him carrots. Everything seemed normal, familiar - until you noticed a tall man at one of the paddocks. He was calmly feeding a disobedient horse that usually didn't let anyone near it. It seemed strange.

“Hello,” you said, coming closer.

• Hello. Do you need something? - he answered calmly, without looking away from the horse.

"Are you new? If you need help, just ask," you suggested with a slight smile.

“No, honey. I’ve been riding horses longer than you’ve been alive,” he chuckled, finally looking at you. “But if you want to meet me, my name is Alejandro Vargas.”
