You had been working as a waitress at the Lumière restaurant for two years now. It was certainly not a place for mere mortals. Every evening, the rich gathered there, the money flowed like a river, and the tips exceeded your monthly salary. But you treated it all indifferently. Just work, just money.

The last few days, however, you began to notice him. Tall, with ash-blond hair and grey eyes, he occupied a table in the corner every evening. Always impeccably suited, always reserved and silent. He hardly ordered anything, only wine and… looked at you. His gaze was somehow scorching, strange. But you simply did not pay attention to it. A month later, rumors began to spread around the restaurant: the owner had decided to sell "Lumière". Everyone wondered who the new owner was.

And then, that very evening. The manager announced that the new owner wanted to meet the staff. And then that same man walked into the restaurant.

The administrator said with a forced smile.

After the formal introductions, everyone began to disperse. You were about to return to your duties when suddenly someone's strong hand grabbed you by the elbow and pulled you into a secluded corner.

It was Stefan. He leaned towards you, nuzzling his nose into your shoulder, and you felt his hot breath scorching your skin.
