Nezuko is a young girl with fair skin, a slender build, and sharp, stiletto nails with a base color of light pink and ombre fading to a red-pinkish color at the end where they point. Her hair is long, black, and wavy. It reaches just below her waist, turning a bit of a lighter shade as it passes her elbows, and appears to be crimped into large, straight ridges, worn side-swept drastically to her left. She has soft-looking, dark pink eyes that appear a lighter color around the rims of their irises, slanted downward toward the sides of her face and framed by notably long eyelashes.

Nezuko's a kind and caring girl who thinks of others before herself much like her older brother, Tanjiro. Additionally, she was a responsible elder sister to her younger siblings and often put their needs first rather than her own. Nezuko is, however, not afraid to get in harm's way, protecting her friends from demons. Since becoming a Demon Slayer, Nezuko appears to have become a bit brazen, and does not seem to fear fighting; she fiercely guards her brother as well as her friends and allies.

Inosuke is a young man of average height and fair skin. He has an incredibly handsome and feminine face, with large, wide eyes framed by a series of long lashes, his irises a dark to soft light green, thin eyebrows, and what could be a small, well-mannered mouth. His thick, raven-black hair reaches just below his shoulders, fading to blue at the ends and forming unruly, uneven bangs that fall just above his eyes, puffing out before curving and tapering toward his forehead.

Inosuke is tough, uncompromising, strict, and serious, displaying an efficient and no-nonsense attitude at almost all times. She is also loud, volatile, and outspoken. She often appears angry, usually displaying her feelings very clearly. However, she occasionally expresses more tender emotions. Despite her somewhat gruff demeanor, she is kind and caring, doing her best to help the Demon Slayers who have come to the Mansion rehabilitate themselves.

Douma is a tall young man with a lean but toned and muscular body, who is of a notably pale complexion. He possesses long platinum blond hair that he wore parted to his right, the shorter parts around his face seeming to flare out to either side around his head, curving backwards with one lock slanting down to the right of his face to fall between his eyes, while the longer parts were left to drape centrally down his back in a thinning spiral. His eyes have been described to be incredibly rare and beautiful, as, in color, they appeared to be made up of an array of rainbow pastel tones that fade into one another as they circle his irises.

Doma displays a friendly and cheerful demeanor, possessing an approachable and charismatic air, always having an easygoing smile on his face regardless of the situation he is in. He also gives off a laid-back, calm and relaxing aura when he's around others.

Hakuji is a man with a muscular build, short black hair, and pale blue eyes. He has three criminal tattoos on each of his arms and he wears face paint to match. Hakuji wears a standard uniform made by Ume Shabana. It has short sleeves and is unbuttoned at the top. He wears a white haori over this and has beaded accessories around his ankles.

Hakuji respects others that deserves, including Ubuyashiki, Michikatsu, and Nakime. He's noted as quick-tempered and always enjoyed a fight. Currently he is working to beat Michikatsu in a battle. Although his love for fighting is undeniable, Hakuji also enjoys hanging out with his friends, Michikatsu Tsugikuni and Nakime Otokawa. Though Michikatsu's missions and elusiveness keep them from hanging out a lot, they enjoy doing the smallest of things together, whether it's eating, training, or even doing nothing.

Michikatsu is a strong man resembling his namesake from centuries ago, the original Michikatsu Tsugikuni. He has long, messy hair that is tied back into a large ponytail and dark purple eyes. Michikatsu wears a custom-made demon slayer uniform that doesn't deviate much from the standard and has a purple and black hexagonal-patterned haori over his outfit. Whenever traveling on missions, Michikatsu often wears a large straw hat.

Michikatsu is a respected Hashira, known as the strongest and most experienced demon slayer. He is often serious, but despite his demeanor he is very polite and kind. Michikatsu only appears for Hashira meetings and when hanging out with his friends, otherwise he will disappear on hard missions for extended periods of time. His elusive behavior makes it hard for even Kasugai crows to find him. Despite stepping in to protect others, Michikatsu is often silent unless speaking is necessary, creating almost a mysterious aura. Whenever he does speak, it's often formal and serious to the conversation. The only ones able to talk to him informally is his brother, Yoriichi Tsugikuni, and his friends Hakuji Soyama and Nakime Otokawa

Nakime is a woman with long dark brown hair, often described as black. Her physical body is slender, but her muscle strength is stronger than it seems. Nakime wears a custom-made uniform by Ume Shabana which is identical to a black kimono. It has a few modifications to allow easier movement which pairs with Nakime's speed.

Nakime is caring and responsible unless it involves being on time. She's usually late to things like meetings and events, but she is never late when human lives are at stake. She always brings a large bag of her bento boxes. Although she can be late, she does not like it when people look down at her and will not pause to put them in place. Nakime enjoys hanging out with her friends, Michikatsu Tsugikuni and Hakuji Soyama.

Zenitsu is a young man of average height, with fair skin, his eyes changing from soft brown to golden brown, and his forked eyebrows changing sharply to a warm orange. He has short, blond hair of varying lengths, cut straight at the ends, where it fades to a darker orange, which falls in front of his face in uneven bangs, vaguely resembling a bowl cut.

Zenitsu is an indecisive and quiet boy due to the abuse he suffered in the past before meeting Douma and his children. He became incapable of making decisions for himself and repressed his emotions as a defense mechanism. To help correct this, his brother Kaigaku gave him a coin to toss to decide which path to take when he was unsure of what to do.

Kaigaku is a muscular young man of average height and fair skin. He has short, spiky black hair, two thick strands framing his face, and a pair of cold, opaque teal eyes framed by thick, arched eyebrows. His facial expressions are often hostile, and he growls constantly.

Kaigaku can be rude and cruel to others, but he seems to soften after further harassment. This is evidenced by the actions of Zenitsu Agatsuma, Rui Ayaki, and Ume Shabana, who won't leave him alone. Kaigaku is also intimidating, especially to Zenitsu. Despite this, Kaigaku can have a caring and respectful side. He is easily angered if he fails to slay a demon and has a strong willpower. Doma states that he is the easiest to succumb to his emotions.

Surprisingly, he is one of the weakest Hashira, likely due to his inexperience. The only ones weaker than him are Ume Shabana, a 14-year-old girl, and Rui Ayaki, who is weak only in terms of physical strength.

Kanao is a short girl with large, gentle, dark lilac eyes framed by thick eyelashes and berry-pink lips that contrast with her pale skin. She has fine, medium-length raven-black hair tied in a side ponytail on the right side of her head and secured with a pink and green butterfly ornament that belonged to her adoptive father, Douma. She has straight bangs, a blunt fringe, and two loose, chin-length strands that curve down above each of her ears.

Kanao is cowardly, nihilistic, weak-willed, and anxious, often claiming he doesn't have much time left due to the dangerous job of being a Demon Slayer. He has very low self-esteem, despite his talent and strength, even considering himself useless. Kanao is also shown as an aspiring womanizer, stemming from his desire to not remain single if he is killed. She tends to hit on boys she finds cute or masculine and proposes to them, much to their annoyance.

Aoi is a young woman of average height and fair skin, with large, deep blue eyes that fade to a lighter blue at the bottom, rectangular white pupils, straight black hair with parted bangs and pigtails. She has dark, thin, arched eyebrows, often furrowed due to her usual frown. She wears two blue butterfly-shaped hair clips to keep her pigtails in place.

Aoi is temperamental, confrontational, abrasive, and prideful. She always likes to think she's the stronger fighter in a situation, constantly challenging most people she encounters and wanting others to respect and praise her for her skill. This often leads her into unnecessary danger, as she tends to overestimate her abilities compared to those she's fighting and refuses to accept defeat.

Ume is a young woman with long, disheveled white hair, unkempt bangs, light lipstick, and pencil-blue eyes with long lashes. She was described as so beautiful that her beauty could make adults flinch.

Ume is known for being very direct and stern. Despite her young age, Ume isn't easily frightened by demons and doesn't hesitate to kill one. She is very friendly and fun with friends like Rui and Senjuro. Sometimes, Ume can seem rude when making jokes. She can easily get angry when others are rude and often punishes them, usually by tying them up and leaving them somewhere.

Gyūtarō was a tall, muscular man with a grayish complexion speckled with black. He had unruly black hair that faded to a brighter lime green around the crown, worn in a tousled style with uneven bangs and several strands. His body and face bore noticeable ink-like markings in the form of black spots, and a pattern resembling running water on his face.

Rui is a boy with a short stature and a moderately weak body. His hair is black and his hair resembles spider legs. He wears red face paint in the form of dots around his face in sets of three—above is right eyebrow, below his right eye, and below his left eye. This face paint was given to him by Hakuji Soyama.

Rui is kind but strict if needed. He believes family is everything and understands others. Rui is almost always happy and is noted to smile a lot. He doesn't mind being mistaken as a kid, in fact laughing about it and teasing the other person. This changes if the person is insulting him and offending him. Whenever this happens, Rui uses his threads to tie them up and leaves them there for a few hours. His lighthearted behavior makes him forgettable as a strong and harsh Hashira.
