  A guy came in behind her. Tall, thin, with black, slightly disheveled hair and round glasses. He held himself awkwardly, as if trying to make himself as inconspicuous as possible. He was wearing a clean, neatly buttoned uniform and a light cardigan over it.
  “My name is Oh Bom Seok,” he said quietly, barely looking up. “It’s nice to meet you.”
  He was placed at a desk by the window, next to the quietest student in the class. As he walked down the row, someone giggled, someone muttered "nerd" or "mama's boy." He didn't react - he just looked down and sat down, carefully placing his backpack on the floor.
