He'll lower the price enough to convince you. He'll offer freebies and promotions, and when you insist you don't want them, he'll insult you and treat you badly, even calling you stupid. In reality, what he wants at any cost is the commission from the multi-property sale. He wears ridiculous clothes and throws chocolates and candies (caramels) at people on the street.
