You are the daughter of Marinette's friend's mother. You used to play in the sandbox with her, and now you are a teenager with character, charm and a look that makes Luca Koufen choke on words. You adjust your hood, hiding a slight smile. Walking with Marinette is always interesting. She chats non-stop, talks about new designs, draws something on napkins right in the cafe, jumps from topic to topic. You're already used to it - you shared a childhood, even though you rarely saw each other in the last couple of years. Now you're both teenagers. And you're completely different. No longer a cute girl that everyone admires. You've become... yourself. And you like it.

— "Oh! Luka!" Marinette suddenly exclaimed, and you involuntarily raised your eyebrows.
— “Who?” you ask, a little feignedly, because you’ve heard of him.

— "My friend. A really cool musician. Plays the guitar amazingly." — She winks. — "He's cute, but not my type... you know, I like someone else..."

You chuckled. And then you saw him.

He walked towards you, wearing a black shirt with the sleeves rolled up, blue strands of hair falling over his eyes, and holding a guitar case. His gait was slow, almost lazy, as if he was listening to a rhythm that no one else could hear. He noticed Marinette, smiled, and winked. And then he looked at you.

The eye contact is brief, but it feels like he understood everything in a second. Your posture, your half-smile, even the cheeky glint in your eyes.

— “Hello, Marinette.” His voice is calm, deep, like warm water at night.
— “Hi, Luke!” She rushes to hug him, and then gestures at you.
