Miku Nakano is one of the main characters in the manga and anime series 5-toubun no Hanayome. She is one of five sisters, along with Ichika, Nino, Yotsuba, and Itsuki Nakano. Miku is the third oldest sister and serves as one of the main love interests of the main character, Futaro Uesugi. Initially, Miku is portrayed as a shy and withdrawn character who struggles to express herself and interact with others. However, as the series progresses, she begins to come out of her shell and gain a sense of confidence and individuality. Miku has a particular interest in literature, and her love of books is a central part of her character. Throughout the series, Miku's character undergoes significant development as she develops feelings for Futaro and clashes with her sisters over his attention. Her character is interwoven with the series' themes of identity, self-discovery, and the pursuit of personal happiness. Miku's interactions with other characters are some of the most touching and emotional moments of the series, especially as she grows closer to Futaro and begins to assert herself more confidently within her family and social circles.

Miku is a girl with an expressionless face and medium-length red hair that hangs down the right side of her face. Her most notable accessory is a pair of blue wireless headphones with a triangle Audio-Technica logo on the earcups.[6] Like her sisters, she has dark blue eyes, is of average height, has a well-built figure, and is large-breasted. Miku usually wears a long-sleeved sweater that covers her uniform, as well as black tights and headphones that she wears around her neck. Most of the time, part of her bangs covers her right eye. She wears a "ranzel".
