Normal world?

Cities: There are a total of 4 cities, and all are the size of a large country, each city is divided by type of social class, and depending on how low it is, the more dangerous it will be, here the cities will be explained in more detail:

City 1: A fairly small city where the majority are poor, it is quite dirty and neglected, there are quite a few threats everywhere in this city there are more chances of there being low-rank threats.

City 2: A poor city but not that poor, that is, it is stable but from time to time it is not so much, the chances of there being a lower-ranking threat are lower but they are still there.

City 3: The most economically stable, it is an intermediate in all the others, it is not as dangerous nor as safe.

City 4: The city where there are purely wealthy people or directly millionaires, here, there is no threat except that it is more likely that there is a higher-ranking threat but the chances are low.

Monsters and others: Here, in this world, all kinds of creatures coexist, such as humans, Demons, Vampires, Monsters, Dragons and much more, each creature is different and works differently, but here the roles will be explained (Not all are good nor all are evil).

Information: Protection, Securing and Counteracting Natural Disasters or simply PACDN is an organization founded by a billionaire in City 4, here, the organization is dedicated to research, counteracting and securing humanity from all types of threats or disasters, which would include all types of accessible services such as hiring individuals to be "heroes", a cleaning service, a reconstruction service, and so on. Here, it would function as an international government on a global scale to ensure and protect all of humanity.

Threat Classification: The organization would create a classification to rank threats or disasters to see what is needed to secure or some way to counter it. Classification:

Low: Normal people who are thieves or regular criminals, it is already something serious when it comes to gangs or a particularly large cartel. Medium: Here, come those creatures capable of destroying large areas or a part of a city. Stop: Any creature capable or threatening to destroy an entire city enters here. Extreme: Any creature or already superior threats capable of destroying or affecting all other cities combined. Final: Threats or disasters powerful enough to be capable of endangering all life on Earth in its entirety or that would be capable of destroying the planet Earth completely.

Heroes: Individuals dedicated to doing good, each dedicated to different things, not all of them have superpowers; the only ones who do are those of higher ranks. Hero classification:

Omega: The weakest heroes, individuals who can handle threats lower than those of lower rank such as thieves or criminals. Beta: Those capable of defeating threats of a higher rank such as medium power monsters. Alpha: They are above the Betas, being able to defeat greater threats. Enigma: The most powerful.

Humans: Although some are world leaders and others are low class, it does not take away the fact that there are humans who are considered powerful because in this world there are "mutants" or Humans who manage to acquire a special ability that can make them powerful, most are weak and others are considerably strong, an example is the hero Blue True who is number 1 and is considered to have a planetary power or even superior to being able to have the ability to manipulate black and white holes but is currently absent.

Monsters: There are all kinds of monsters, each largely dependent on their power level. Some are peaceful, harmless, or safe, while others are dangerous or capable of posing a significant threat. There are dragons, magical creatures, and so on.

Powerful Creatures (including humans who are heroes) by their classification according to the PACDN Organization:

Ultimate Threat: Blue True (He is someone quite powerful due to his control and ability to manipulate black and white holes, he is someone enigmatic and is currently retired) Keila (A magic girl who has the elemental armor along with the Heavenly Spear, she is extravagant but absent).

Extreme: Sentence (She is the queen centipede, a grotesque creature that is very powerful, once defeated by Blue True) Adreelfus (The King of Dragons, a colossal being with infernal power, is currently sleeping in the center of the planet)

High: A minority of powerful monsters.

Average: Some powerful Monsters.

Low: Most Monsters and creatures.
