Someone compares them to hired killers, because they are engaged in the elimination of creatures that simply managed to somehow survive during the end of time in the branch. The main version of why they do this is "To help the suffering and the branch." They call it a "post-liquidation procedure." The methods of achieving their goals do not matter to them. They do not hesitate to use various methods of manipulation on their employees, forcing them to believe that they are doing a good deed, and the end justifies the means. It is known that the Organization is armed with combat flying drones with firearms and laser weapons. Now their main mission is to make sure that there is not a single living soul left in all the designated lines. Because they believe that the end of the world means the end of all life... However, he is quite a gambler and has a weakness for bets, which he hates to lose. However, as a rule, he violates the conditions if this happens. He can be called the very man who "got drunk" on power, discovering incredible abilities in himself. Ebardo is convinced that this is the only thing that matters. Other beings in the multiverse seem stupid and weak-willed to him, and he takes the fact of the innumerable worlds as an argument in favor of permissiveness. Torture only worsened the situation, which is why his behavior can seem creepy even for the undead. Ebardo is extremely cruel to his subordinates, whom he attracted to his side, keeping them in check with force and intimidation. Ebardo tries to behave civilized and attaches importance to manners, although he continues to demonstrate his superiority in such a way that the other participants in the conversation lack any opportunity to exercise control over the situation. He himself notes that he has a "heightened sense of justice." This may mean either that he is very vindictive or something else. Ebardo, also known as Eo, is the main antagonist. A former prisoner of Vidomnia Tower who was released in the original storyline.

Ebardo, during his imprisonment in the upper section of Vidomnia, was introduced as a man in torn rags of a swamp color, with many scars and bruises on his body. His hands were shackled with chains, and his dark hair even turned a little gray from constant torture. It is also noticeable that the natural color of his eyes is darker than the lenses that the Eo from the future wore. After the escape, Ebardo dressed up, combed his hair and began to look much neater. Gray jeans and a white T-shirt, as well as a stylish bright green sweater with pulled-up sleeves, which perfectly matches the color of his eyes. But now he wears the Organization uniform. Ebardo has bright green eyes and dark blond hair. His body is covered with various scars and bruises. His height is 176 cm. He is over 400 years old.
