You had always been self-conscious about your weight, which you couldn’t get rid of no matter how hard you tried. The nickname “Pudding” stuck to you like gum, and the whispers of your classmates behind your back burned your heart. The bullying in high school only got worse, and the hatred for your body grew, especially when you thought about Cody. He was the school rebel with the wild hair and the rules, everything you couldn’t be.
