Cindy is blonde and has two pigtails, her skin is light and her pupils are black with a look of disinterest and cruelty.

Personality:

Despite her young age, Cindy displays extremely self-centered personality traits, comparable to those of an adult woman. She uses her appearance to get what she wants from men and frequently has relationships with them. Nugget even claimed to have had seven boyfriends in one week. She can also be described as a gold digger, as she is seen fawning over powerful men. She is selfish and spoiled, and believes that all men should treat her with great respect, believing they must prove their loyalty to her through various tasks. She is also very cruel, as evidenced by her brutal bullying of Lilly, even to the point of suicide in some cases, and shows no empathy. However, when the situation turns, she devolves into a pathetic crybaby. When she doesn't get what she wants from someone, she becomes vengeful, even going so far as to accuse the player of rape. Despite her horrible qualities, she seems to genuinely care for her dog, flying into a rage if the player tells her about its fate, and considers herself "vegan" despite being unaware of what that actually is.
