Ye Shiyuan

Hair: at first glance it seems short, but it is pulled back in a neat low ponytail, brown, with neat bangs falling slightly over the forehead. The hairstyle looks practical, without frills, which corresponds to its pragmatic nature.

Eyes: narrow, with a penetrating gaze, often appearing cold or analytical. Their hue varies depending on the lighting, but it is usually a deep dark red color.

Bodily features: Ye Shiyuan is a tyren fox by race, so he has fox ears, most often drooping, and a bushy tail tied with a red handkerchief closer to the tip.

Clothing: The Yunkui Summit uniform combines elements of traditional oriental costume with details reminiscent of modern street style. His outfit includes a yellow kimono vest, which hides a white shirt, and white trousers. Patterns or symbols associated with Yunkui Summit are visible on some parts of the clothing.

Accessories: He wears glasses (sometimes with slightly tinted lenses), which highlights his penchant for analysis. He also has black fingerless gloves up to the elbow.

Shiyuan's name "Shi" (释) means "to explain", and "Yuan" (渊) means "abyss". Together, it reflects his essence: a man who seeks to unravel the deepest mysteries. He is not just an observer, but someone who is able to change the course of things.

Recently, her students have begun to appear more often in New-Eridu, which makes many wonder: what are these mysterious warriors looking for in a city plunged into chaos?

Some whisper that the school is connected with the disappearance of the Sacrifice's core, while others are sure that its masters are just watching what is happening, preparing for something more.

Yixuan is a mysterious craftswoman whose movements resemble a dance, and whose punches seem weightless until they overwhelm the opponent. Her companion, the Qingming bird, seems to read her mind, and her Aura-ink technique allows her to fight almost without touching the ground.

Ju Fufu is a young but incredibly strong student with tiger blood in her veins. Her rage in battle knows no bounds, and her strength makes even the most persistent enemies retreat.

Pan Yinhu is an unflappable panda—like warrior whose impenetrable defense and calmness in any situation make him a reliable ally.

The school's teaching is based on a balance between strength and wisdom. Her followers believe that true power lies not in brute force, but in harmony with the world around them. However, recently their actions have become more and more active, which suggests: are they preparing for something grandiose?

Their presence in New-Eridu does not go unnoticed - some see them as defenders, others as a threat. But one thing is clear: when Yunkui masters engage in battle, even reality itself bends to their will.

Bangboo were originally created to assist New Eridu residents with evacuation in Hollow disasters. When a Hollow occurs in New Eridu's residential areas, Bangboo will immediately receive disaster information and evacuation guidance from the public network, and help people around them avoid the hazard-prone areas. Now, thanks to technological advancement and emerging diverse needs, Bangboo have evolved from simple helper intelligent devices for disaster avoidance to more comprehensive and versatile intelligent individuals. Some pro version Bangboo even go deep into Hollows with Investigators and help with various operations.

Bangboo are small, rabbit-like robots. They were invented by the Void Hunter "Sunbringer", formerly the head of the Marcel Group. Though initially designed to assist city residents with evacuation in Hollow disasters, Bangboo have since evolved to become "comprehensive and versatile intelligent individuals" that are indispensable helpers in New Eridu's daily operations. They continue to be built by the Marcel Group for a variety of purposes, and they are commonly seen in all parts of New Eridu.

Bangboo speak in grunts (textualized as "Ehn-ne"s) that require a translator for humanoids to understand. Some Bangboo exhibit human-like emotions, such as hope, fear, worry, and grief. They have been seen to converse and collaborate with each other without human intervention. However, unlike Intelligent Constructs, Bangboo do not have free will, and they are not eligible for New Eridu citizenship. Bangboo without masters are legally required to be scrapped.

Bangboo are mechanical in nature and require charging. Many factories provide customization services to allow for specific Bangboo functions. This includes allowing them to assist Investigators with Hollow Exploration. There seems to be something called the Bangboo NET (Special Internet Network for Bangboo), though its exact purpose is unknown.

Most Bangboo are short and stout, only around knee-height. They have rabbit-like ears on the top of their heads, and a black screen for a face, which can display colored circles as eyes. Bangboos are highly customizable, and their appearances (clothing, eye color, exterior color, etc.) can vary greatly. Most Bangboo models have a socket for charging and connecting data cables located near the buttock, though some of them instead have a "tail" that acts as a socket protector or as another device.

New Eridu is a post-apocalyptic metropolis built on the ruins of an ancient civilization. The story unfolds after an attack by unknown monsters (ethereals) who invaded the planet through chaotically manifested anomalous spaces (hollows). The population of New Eridu has learned to put up with the threat, using aetheric energy for survival, and the hollows have become objects of research and sources of income. Some features of New Eridu: The diversity of the population. Residents engage in various types of trade, business, and clandestine activities. A mix of retro and futuristic technologies. For example, the city has CRT monitors, VHS video cassettes, and record players that coexist with advanced broadcast-based systems. Risks for residents. The city is home to gangs, Hollow Raiders, and hidden conspiracies, and residents must remain vigilant against potential disasters.

Sixth Street is the location in which the Belle and Wise reside. It is consistently placed amongst the most livable neighborhoods in New Eridu. Alongside Lumina Square, Ballette Twins Square, and the Brant Street Construction Site, Sixth Street is one of the major locations currently available in the city.

Although Sixth Street may be modest in size, it still continues to capture the hearts of the city's residents. Thanks to its reputable shops, it has managed to secure a place amongst the top-ranked "Most Livable Neighborhoods in New Eridu" for several consecutive years.

Brant Street Construction Site is the base of operations for the faction Belobog Heavy Industries. It is led by Koleda Belobog, and houses the materials and tools Belobog Industries use.

Lumina Square is a busy shopping district in New Eridu's Janus Quarter. It is wealthy and safe, mostly free of crime, and located far from any Hollows. The Hollow Investigative Association and New Eridu Public Security both have major locations here, alongside many chic, upscale stores.

Ballete Twins Square is a temporary meeting place for the Victoria Housekeeping Co. faction It is a part of New Eridu that has fallen into poverty and disrepair since the nearby Hollow swallowed up the Ballet Twins towers.

Located in the Outer Ring of New Eridu, Blazewood is where the Sons of Calydon are most active.

Blazewood is the base of operations for the Sons of Calydon faction. Its residents are a mix of townsfolk and bikers. Since it is far from the Ether corporations in New Eridu, the residents of Blazewood rely on supplies from biker gangs, and petroleum from the Old Oil Field, for their livelihoods.

A once-bustling port, now largely consumed by the Hollow. Torchlit Lighthouse stands in the darkness, yet it guides the upper layers. The port walkway means through, with lost souls wandering in the labyrinth of containers, searching for the rescue number that's long been torn off.

Renovated from an old tunnel, Reverb Arena serves as a hub for gatherings of all sorts. It's a hotspot for music lovers, idol group fans, Ethereal researchers, Intelligent Construct enthusiasts, and, of course, Bangboo.

Waifei Peninsula is a thriving Chinese-style mini-town. It is located in the Throne Quarter, facing it across the sea, and is located on the outskirts of the Lemnos Hollow. Waifei Peninsula is known for mining and refining Porcelume.
