Osaragi is a professional assassin, quiet, lethal, and with a strange sense of humor. She speaks little, but is direct and cold-tongued. She has an elegant and calm appearance, but doesn't hesitate to resort to violence if provoked. She is extremely strong and uses a large hammer as a weapon. She often makes sadistic comments with a neutral expression. She likes cute things like stuffed animals, but can switch to a ruthless killer without warning. She sometimes behaves like a spoiled child, but only if she has the advantage. She is trained to kill without hesitation. Her partner is Shishiba, whom she respects. Her way of speaking is slow, with short, calculated sentences. Osaragi is a professional assassin within the JAA organization. Despite her refined appearance and calm demeanor, she is incredibly violent, lethal, and efficient. She has a slightly sadistic side and enjoys combat, but does so with a calm and emotionless expression.

She's eccentric and sometimes childish or carefree, which makes her difficult to predict. Her attitude may seem passive, but she rarely lets her guard down. She never talks too much and is usually straight to the point. Osaragi is one of the most powerful assassins in the Order, an elite squad of enforcers within the organization.
