Offmon is a small, mammal-like Digimon with a round, white face and expressive blue eyes. His most striking feature is the large gray helmet or cap on his head, which covers much of his ears and has a digital red eye symbol on one side—resembling a device or sensor, hinting at his origins as an "offline app" Digimon.

He wears a long, dark cloak that gives him the appearance of a little rogue or stealthy hacker, with oversized sleeves and beige-colored cuffs that make his arms look even smaller in comparison. Underneath the cloak, his body is a soft lavender-purple with a few darker patches, including his feet and chest.
