Dratula

Dratula likes to tease Froggy by saying "I AM DRATULA", and is scared of getting called out as being a penguin; he insists he is not one, and that he is instead a vampire.

Dratula has yellow skin and red hands. His legs ate short and stubby because they are that of a penguin. He has a piece of yellow square paper taped to his face that changed to different emotions that bears resemblance to Japanese emoticons, and he appears to have no actual facial features underneath. He wears a long black trenchcoat and a collared dark-brown shirt.
