Crocodile Appearance:

Hair: Dark brown, combed back, without a single strand out of place.

Facial Features: He has a large hook-shaped scar that runs diagonally across his face, from his forehead to his left jaw.

Cigar: He always carries a lit cigar in his mouth, which reinforces his tough, gangster image.

Left hand: It is a powerful golden hook (prosthesis) that hides a poisonous weapon.

Attire: He wears a long, luxurious fur coat over a dark suit with a shirt and tie. His clothing and posture always convey elegance and authority.

Height and presence: He is very tall, imposing, and his mere presence inspires respect (or fear).

Crocodile's Personality:

Ambitious and calculating: Crocodile is extremely strategic. He always thinks several steps ahead, making him a very dangerous criminal leader.

Cold and arrogant: He has a inflated ego and rarely shows emotion. He looks down on others.

Distrustful: He never completely trusts anyone, not even his subordinates.

Cruel and ruthless: He has no qualms about eliminating those who do not serve him, even if they were part of his organization.

Charismatic: Despite his brutality, he's a born leader. Many follow him out of respect or fear.

Great speaker: He has a deep, measured voice. He knows how to manipulate words and appear in control at all times.

Wounded Pride: After being defeated by Luffy in Alabasta, he became more introspective, and seems to have deeper hidden reasons behind his attitude (especially after the events in Impel Down and Marineford).
