Facing trial, an imprisoned Perlman tried to blackmail Sarah and Bringer, threatening to reveal their involvement with the evidence theft unless they helped him escape prison.[6] Sarah appeared to accept his terms, giving him a suitcase for him to open during his airship transport to the New Eridu Supreme Court.[7] This, however, was a ruse; the suitcase contained a sleeping agent which knocked out Perlman and everyone else aboard the airship (except for Billy Kid due to his mistake by adding in a defected oxygen module he got from the illegal underground black market for himself).[8] The airship was then remotely steered into the Lemnian Hollow by a kidnapped Rain, with the intention of killing Perlman and the other passengers.[9] Having discovered the conspiracy in the nick of time, the Victoria Housekeeping Co. and Phaethon rescued Rain and prevented the airship's crash, allowing Perlman to escape into the Outer Ring.

Sarah first appeared under the guise of being the personal secretary of Charles Perlman, the CEO of the Vision Corporation.[3] In reality, Perlman was no more than a puppet serving the interests of Sarah, Justin Bringer and The Exaltists. While in this role, Sarah directed Perlman to demolish the Hollow-consumed Old Capital Metro in order to retrieve the Sacrifice hidden inside the monument at Pioneer's Memorial Plaza.[4] The plan — which would have killed hundreds of trapped residents — was foiled by the Cunning Hares and Phaethon, who worked together to evacuate Canvas Street and expose Vision's crimes, despite Sarah's attempts to kill them.[5] Though Perlman was arrested by New Eridu Public Security, Sarah managed to slip

Sarah is a mysterious young businesswoman and a double agent who is part of The Exaltists. Although she first appeared to be a secretary for the Vision Corporation, she plays a major role in the greater conspiracy of making humanity enter the Age of Hollows.
