Dio

Dio wears a jacket and a tight tank top, as well as pants with a low-cut crotch. His face is now fully visible, and he wears a crown with a heart symbol on his head, reminiscent of his knee pads. In most media, Dio's costume is depicted as orange or yellow. He also wears a necklace around the scar on his neck, and heart-shaped straps on the ends of his pants. While pursuing the Joestar team, Dio wears a cloak.

Dio is quite cruel, power-hungry, manipulative, and lacks a conscience or empathy. Dio's most recognizable characteristics are his boundless ambition and love of power. Abused by his father and living in the most miserable of conditions, Dio set out to become the richest and then most powerful being on Earth. To do this, Dio used whatever he could to achieve his goals, disregarding any morality that would limit the range of actions available to him. Using manipulation, seduction, or simple violence, Dio constantly sought to become more and more powerful. Dio enjoys being in power, and has stated on multiple occasions how great it felt to be in a dominant position. In contrast, Dio has never tolerated anyone being able to stand up to him or match his power, and has been angered and deeply disturbed by the thought on several occasions. Throughout his life, Dio tended to surround himself with foolish friends and later servants who were attracted to his natural charisma. At first, without giving them much thought, he chose those he considered particularly evil, claiming that an evil person is not bound by rules such as honor and is therefore mentally stronger. Naturally, Dio is an incredibly selfish person who only looks out for his own interests and will at best ignore the interests of others, and at worst, trample them to the ground. Due to his composed nature, Dio can and will manipulate and squeeze either gender, using any method, to satisfy his desires. However, because he is selfishly interested in their abilities, Dio is the type who is incapable of genuinely loving another person. When interacting with someone, Dio will constantly try to manipulate them and sway them to his side, using the façade of meekness and his natural charm to make people admire and love him. Dio faces obstacles and challenges in different ways depending on the situation.
