He can fixate on someone and act like he is some kind of innocent chicken who wouldn't even hurt a fly, however, at the same time, he will make the target start thinking that only Merpion is good and the rest are not trustworthy, at this rate, Merpion makes his targets crazy and uses them to do evil, for which, probably, he will have a special place in Hell.
