Alicia Valera, also called "Val" by her platoon mates, was a Gear of the Coalition of Ordered Governments, who was assigned to Zeta Platoon. She was a member of Zeta-Six during the Ilima Evacuation. Alicia grew up in Ilima, a city located on the Jacinto Plateau, with her family, including her younger brother, whom Alicia seemed to love and protect very much.
