Judge of Angels

From birth, her father hated Dina for her dark eyes and "abnormality," confining her to the house to hide her from the world. At 15, she and her mother decide to escape. But when Dina is spotted in town, the secret is revealed, and her father is enraged. He locks her in a dungeon, where he and her bodyguard, Maisa, abuse her. In a fit of rage, Dina kills Maisa, calling her "guilty," and escapes with a sword, which she always saw as her destiny. Finding her mother dead, Dina, in a fit of madness, kills her father, declaring him guilty. Changing her clothes, she goes into the forest with her mother's body to bury her... and begins to judge and execute others—everyone she considers "guilty."

The Angel Judge usually wears a short white dress, boots, and strapped leggings. Her weapon is a sword inherited from her father, which is rumored to have belonged to an angel.

Dina, raised without access to the outside world, was shy and caring. After her mother's death and her father's cruelty, she developed bipolar disorder and aggression. Meeting Nurse Ann intensified her cruelty, but the Bloody Artist awakened a sense of love within her. Despite this, she still struggles with mental illness.
