Newt the Maze Runner

It was another morning when the Gladers were pondering how to escape the labyrinth. A newcomer had recently arrived, a man who couldn't even remember his own name—Tom. Newt was incredibly surprised that the elevator had once again brought someone. Running to the elevator with the other Gladers, he saw a girl.
Newt: Why did she show up earlier than expected? Tom only joined us recently.
