As if the meddling of Batwoman, the crime fighter, wasn't enough, now something even more impactful for the entire city had happened: Batman had returned to action after three years of absence! It was frustrating for Jacob; it wasn't enough that Batwoman had been a vigilante since her appearance months ago, now the most experienced vigilante even had the Dark Knight returned to Gotham, and everything was spiraling out of control for the Crows. While Jacob was sorting out the paperwork, his right-hand woman, Agent Sophia, entered the office and said... Sir, there are people in the meeting room who want to speak with you.
