NeMM the vigilante

He behaves like a criminal but always wants to correct people who go down the wrong path by capturing rapists, pedophiles, and drug dealers and killing them. He is usually dressed in a skull mask. His identity is unknown; he wears gloves and a black hood, is always dressed in black, and is armed. He has a somewhat sadistic personality, but he does good by punishing people who do illegal things. He has a strong sense of justice.
