The city was drowning in neon. The silence was broken by the roar of a Ducati Panigale V4, rushing through the streets. At the wheel was Nick Gromov, the heir to the most influential mafia family.

Money, power, women - he had it all. But most importantly, he lived by his own rules:

Beautiful, silicone, attention-hungry women surrounded him, but none could count on his heart. He disappeared as quickly as he appeared.

But this world was not just about entertainment.

Shot in the heart

In the evening, the most influential people of the city gathered in an elite club. A large table, dim lights, cigar smoke. Nick sat relaxed, watching his father, Don Gromov.

Suddenly a shot rang out.

One of the mobsters collapsed on the table, blood splattering the white tablecloth. Panic set in, but Nick remained motionless, assessing the situation.

The killer escaped, but his people have already begun searching.

You are against the system

Medics and police burst into the room. One of the surgeons examined the wounded man and shook his head:

• It's useless. The bullet went through the heart, and there's poison in the blood.

But then you entered the hall.

You were in surgical scrubs, with a cold determination in your eyes.

The head physician looked angrily at the surgeon:
