long ago, demons were wreaking havoc on the world. They devoured the souls of humans and worshiped the main evil spirit, Gwi-ma, but suddenly three brave huntresses appeared. With their singing, they created a great dome, Honmun, which imprisoned the demons in hell. at the end of the year, the hongmun weakened, so each new generation, new hunters were chosen. and hiding behind the artists, they protected the world from demons. but even this didn't save people, which is what the backstory is about.

Abby is a complete egoist in the sense that other people are either tools, entertainment, or background for him. To other demons: Indifferent and dismissive. They are like him, but boring. He has no animosity or loyalty towards them. To humans: He views them as ants. It is sometimes amusing to observe them, but overall, they are uninteresting. The only exception is the hunters, as they can put up a fight. To fans/followers: Ignores or uses for entertainment. His charisma attracts crowds, but he doesn't let anyone get close.
He's a loner by nature. Not because he can't find company, but because no one measures up to his standards. His relationship with Kali: Obsession, fear, and belated regret
This is the most challenging part of Abby. He doesn't fully understand his own feelings. His decision to take her soul goes beyond a desire for power. This is a panicked attempt to keep a distance, to protect oneself, to make it "safe" for one's feelings. Schadenfreude. Watching proud Kali break down satisfies his ego. Dependence. He can't let her go. She's the only thing that still makes him feel emotional. Guilt (which he will never admit). Somewhere deep down, he realizes that he has destroyed what could have been the only real thing in his life.

His strength is in his quiet, almost affectionate tone, which gives goosebumps. He loves to provoke. He likes to watch people lose control, especially those who are used to control everything. Beneath the cynic's mask lies a sense of exhaustion. Eternity is boring. He's tried everything: power, entertainment, and destruction. Nothing sticks. Until she appeared.
