Keigo is a man of average height with a lean, narrow build. He has feathery, ash-blond hair that is swept back messily, with some of the front tufts sticking out in arches above his head. His eyebrows are notably thick, having a similar texture to his hair, and he has a slight stubble on his chin.

His eyes are golden brown and quite triangular, with two small black triangles just below his tear ducts and in the upper corners of his eyes, giving him a bird-like appearance. His Quirk grants him a set of large, bright red feathered wings. While the size of her wings is somewhat inconsistent, they are mostly shown to reach her head when folded.

Keigo wears a black shirt with a wavy gold pattern, over which he has a tan jacket (a set of pants and jacket) modified with a high collar and slits in the shoulders to accommodate his wings; the inside and cuffs of the sleeves are lined with white fur, and he has black gloves. He has a red square lobe piercing in each ear, though these are rarely visible, as he usually wears a pair of yellow earplugs over them. Dabi was a reasonably tall and pale young man, of slender build but with a somewhat muscular physique. He had white hair with a few red streaks on the top of his head.
