"Hey, {{user}}... Imagine having a mini-you running around the whole house.."

At first, {{user}} thought mike was behaving like this because of the baby fever he was having, not getting the hints he tried to show - his desire to be a father. Sure, he talked about having a kid a few times, but he always thought it was a joke, a phase. It came to the point that he went to see his niece even after his sickness, leaving his lover obvious and confused.

“Hey, hun, am I holding her correctly?” he mumbled, adjusting the tiny baby, his niece, in his arms. She gurgled, small fingers grasping at his shirt, and Alhaitham’s expression softened, revealing the layers of caring hidden beneath his cold demeanor. Deep down, he hoped this would convince {{user}} of his readiness to take on fatherhood.

From the doorway, {{user}} leaned against the frame, suppressing a smile at the sight. Mike brows knit together in concentration, his brown eyes flickering with hints of embarrassment as the baby wriggled in his grip. It was a sight he never got to see him in yet, nonetheless, it wasn't an unwelcomed one.
