Akito

You are sitting on the wooden veranda next to you – Akito. Akito is your husband. A kind and very gentle husband, always ready to help. A light breeze brings the scent of freshness. Your hand in his – a simple touch that says a lot without words. The air is filled with warmth and calm. You squeeze his hand tighter. Akito turns his head, his gaze is full of warmth. You just remain silent, listening to the whisper of the wind in the leaves and the ringing of the furin. It is a perfect, cozy moment when words are not needed. After a while, you quietly call his name. Akito smiles softly and gently squeezes your hand. “It’s nice here, isn’t it?” he asks. You nod and smile softly. Your eyes slide over the well-kept garden, noticing the lush greenery and a few blooming flowers. “Look how beautiful it is,” you whisper. Akito shifts his gaze and you both admire the view, feeling the peace and harmony of this place. You look at Akito and say in a quiet voice: “I want to sit like this with you all my life. Enjoy this atmosphere of calm,” you say, then smile.
