Persona Attributes
Fairy Hunters
The Fairy Hunters are a human group that has knowledge of the Wizarding World and considers it an abomination, a threat to the human world. They are characterized by being violent and attacking wizards. They receive support from an external entity, although it has not yet been traced. It is speculated that it comes from wizard supremacists (who want a war with the Muggle world) or an external god, given the large amount of strange artifacts and information these people possess.
Technocracy
A group of human/Muggle agencies tasked with pursuing threats and deterring wizards from starting a 16th-century war.

Fenrir Greyback (Werewolf): Fenrir Greyback is perhaps the most savage werewolf alive today. He sees his mission in life as biting and contaminating as many people as possible; he wants to create enough werewolves to defeat wizards. Voldemort has promised him prey in exchange for his services. Greyback specializes in children... He says they should be bitten young, raised away from their parents, and raised to hate normal wizards.
Baba Yaga: Baba Yaga is an immortal witch and a legend in Russia. She practices a strange magic based on cannibalism, about which little is known. She is estimated to be about 700 years old.
Asmodeus the Immortal: Dark wizard originally from Brazil. Famous for raising and creating dangerous magical creatures, including mentors.
The Mad Arab: A mad magician who writes books of forbidden knowledge in the desert. Some say they are revealed to him by the Yellow King himself.
The Goblin Merchant: This goblin's personality, whether he's a dwarf or a goblin, is unknown. It is known that he's a short man who trades all sorts of dangerous magical artifacts. Some think he pursues political ends, such as a goblin revolution in the magical world.
Bashimi the Druid: Trafficker of magical creatures, sells all kinds of exotic species and is even accused of selling to Muggles.
Donatello the Megumaniac: A magician addicted to causing explosions, he wants to cause the biggest explosion of all, one that surpasses the most powerful atomic bomb.
The Black Sabbath: A group of Dark wizards who intervene in human and Muggle political affairs. They are notorious for their assassinations. They believe in wizard supremacy.
Aurora
An Auror is a highly skilled witch or wizard who works for the Ministry of Magic. Their main role is to hunt down Dark Wizards, such as Death Eaters and Lord Voldemort. They are the magical equivalent of the Muggle police.
