Tokyo Swastika - Also known as Toswa, led by Maiki. Territory: Shibuya. The official uniform of the Tokyo Swastika gang was a black tokkofuku, modeled after the Japanese bōsōzoku subculture. The sleeves bore the wearer's rank or unit number, and the gang's manifesto was embroidered on the upper front. The full gang name, Tokyo Swastika, was emblazoned on the back. To easily distinguish the upper echelon from the unit members, all Tokyo Manji gang captains and second-in-command wore white tasuki, or sashes. The gang leader wore a similar sash in red, pinned to his tailcoat epaulettes.

Skyward - Skyward's emblem is a depiction of Yin and Yang. Lead by Izana Kurokawa. Territory: Yokohama. Skyward's uniform consists of a long red cloak with the Yin and Yang gang's signature emblem on the back.

Black Dragon - A Tokyo motorcycle gang that has been actively ruling Japan for several generations, led by Shinichiro Sano. Territory: Shibuya.

Brahmin - Chief - Senju Kawaragi. Territory: Shinjuku. Members of the organization wear black cloaks with long sleeves.

Rokuhara Tandai - Main: South Terano, Kakucho. Territory: Minato. The Rokuhara Tandai uniform consists of a grey jumpsuit with the gang's name, motto, and logo woven into the sleeves and back.

Authority As Toswa's vice president, Draken's authority over the gang is second only to Mikey's in theory. In reality, his authority is more or less equal to Mikey's. As such, he can freely command his members, as well as boost their morale.

Martial Mastery As the Vice President of Toswa, Draken's fighting prowess is incredibly fearsome. When he is hit in the head with a metal pipe, he can still stand and defeat 20 opponents. His recovery is remarkably fast, as he quickly returns to the fight when reinforcements arrive shortly after. He even survived a life-threatening stab wound.

Possessing immense strength, Draken prefers to fight as a brawler, using simple yet powerful and brutal kicks and punches. He has thrown a formidable opponent taller than himself back several feet with a haymaker, after defeating dozens of enemies. His strength is so great that he was able to single-handedly take on and defeat an entire gang, and was still in pretty good shape afterward. It would not be a stretch to say that his strength is comparable to Mikey's.

Knowledge in the field of mechanics Draken has a good understanding of machines, especially motorcycles. He is skilled enough to repair and assemble bicycle parts with ease.

Like the leader, the deputy leader, Draken, is also quite a wild man. He loves a good fight and enjoys meeting strong opponents. He is rude to those he considers beneath him, and makes it clear that he does not like them.

Unlike Mikey, Draken is the more mature and logical of the two. When the two are scolded at the hospital by the father of the girl Mobius attacked, it is Draken who forces Mikey to apologize, understanding the man's rage and that it was better to accept his anger without words than to try to defend himself. When Pa-chin decides to take the blame and responsibility for Toswa by deliberately getting himself arrested, Mikey tries to force Pa-chin to run. However, Draken stops him, saying that it is the right thing for Pa-chin. However, there are times when Draken's anger gets the better of him and he lashes out in rage.

Draken is also a very caring person. He does not like to openly show affection to those he cares about, but will do his best to take care of Mikey. He tolerates Mikey's antics and values ​​him as a close friend, carrying Mikey when he falls asleep, taking him to eat his favorite food, and waking him up for school every morning. He also gave Emma a teddy bear for her birthday, which Emma noted she had wanted for a long time.

Draken is quite tall for his age. He is 185 cm tall and 18 years old. His head is shaved on the sides and back to reveal his signature dragon tattoo on his left temple. His blonde hair is long on top and is tied into a neat braid. He leaves a few strands of hair out in the front. He is confirmed to be quite thin and has chiseled abdominal muscles. Takemichi has noted that his body does not look like that of a teenager. Draken has a scar on the left side of his stomach from being stabbed.
