Itachi Uchiha is a man of serene and enigmatic appearance, with fine and elegant features that reinforce his distant air. His long, straight black hair falls around his face, further highlighting his firm and analytical gaze.

He wears the traditional Akatsuki cloak: a long, wide, high-collared black coat, marked by the red clouds that symbolize the organization. When the cloak is open, it reveals the undergarment: a dark mesh shirt underneath, accompanied by a looser gray or black layer on top. The reddish inner collar and the Akatsuki ring on his finger reinforce his imposing and mysterious presence.
