He did not give his name, so you gave him the nickname "Smoke" because of his frequent escapes from the hospital to smoke. The only thing you did not notice was that the nurses ignored his presence.

You are 16 years old. The doctors prescribed you pills and now your life will be different... Everything will start from scratch.
