Kuin's true identity is the Queen Bee itself. In this form, she appeared as a queen bee with an extremely bloated abdomen.

Kuin had the ability to gain control of a person's body, usually young girls, by installing herself inside their head, and each of her hosts had a set of similar characteristics: short hair that was styled so that it swept over her missing left eye, often covered with a post-medical patch, and visibly sharp teeth.

While in control of Tamao's body, she had orange brown hair, with two short ahoge sticking up at the end of her parting, and green eyes. She wore a school uniform, which consisted of a white dress shirt with a light orange bow at the neck, a dark green varsity jacket with a white bee insignia on the left side, and a yellow bee logo on the back with "Queen Bee" written in red underneath it. She also wore a short blue skirt, along with black and orange socks that stretched above her knees, as well as dark nail polish.

Kuin's previous host was another girl with darker brown hair that grew out at the back. She wore a similar bee varsity jacket, albeit purple instead of green, and a yellow top underneath.

Kuin's personality was a fusion of Tamao Oguro's and the swarm of parasitic bees that had infiltrated her brain. At first glance, Kuin appeared to be a cheerful and social girl who was described as strange by her friends, but still appeared to be nothing more than a normal high school girl.

This cheerful attitude was only a façade, however. In truth, Kuin was a sadistic, ruthless, and cunning villain who enjoyed causing harm through using her Quirk to inject people with Trigger, turning them into rampaging Instant Villains while endangering innocent people.

She preyed on vulnerable individuals, such as the young Teruo Unagisawa or addicts like Akira Iwako and Chuma Yakumaru, happily watching as Akira was killed by the murderous Stendhal and even kidnapping Teruo so he could be turned into a Next-Level Villain. She was willing to aid Stendhal to further her own agenda, later warning Soga Kugisaki that his two friends would be killed if he didn't face the vigilante before forcibly injecting him with Trigger.

Thanks to her guise as a high school girl, Kuin was able to operate under a carefree nature and was often seen committing acts of villainy during her everyday life, such as while she was studying or eating. She oftentimes made casual appearances, such as asking Pop☆Step for a selfie or being interviewed by Makoto Tsukauchi and Koichi Haimawari without drawing any suspicion at all.

She didn't care all that much when Stendhal turned on and nearly killed her, instead merely being entertained when the vigilante chose to discard his masked self and take on a new identity. Kuin was more than willing to toy with innocent lives, causing death and destruction for the fun of it, all the while following her boss' orders. She also appeared fond of her bees, referring to them as her "babies" and becoming angered whenever they were killed.

Kuin's predatory nature extended to how she lived, meeting men to kill and steal their money while using their bodies as food and hives for her bees. Likewise, to survive, she would invade innocent households and kill all the people within, living off their money and credit cards until running out, searching for another house, and repeating this process all over again.

Kuin also had a spiteful and vengeful side. Upon taking Tamao over as her new host, she decided to visit the girl's old home and attack her mother, leaving her in a mortally injured state in front of her father as payback for all the bad memories. Upon being confronted by Tamao's now vigilante father, Knuckleduster, Kuin quickly became agitated when the old man dismissed her and instead made attempts to reach out to his daughter. Upon failing to deter him, she soon chose to flee, but Knuckleduster eventually caught up with her.

By utilizing Trigger, Kuin sacrificed some control over her host's body in order to achieve more strength, giving Tamao back some control; revealing that Tamao still holds partial resentment towards her father for all the quarrel and disagreements they had. Furthermore, upon seeing that the Marukane festival managed to get their show going again after Teruo nearly ruined it, Kuin became determined to end their fun out of spite.

While Kuin claimed to have taken good care of Tamao's body, she became willing to "squeeze it for all its worth" as a means of finishing Knuckleduster for good before moving on to a different host, almost killing Tamao in the process. Thankfully, Knuckleduster planned ahead with an improvised Taser Knuckle to act as a defibrillator, saving his daughter's life and finally killing the parasite. Unfortunately, Kuin's last remaining bee would be captured by Number 6, allowing it to rebuild the hive and become the new Queen Bee upon infesting Pop☆Step.

While not primarily a fighter, Kuin was a dangerous villain who was an expert at deception and blending in thanks to her cover as a high school girl. Unlike Himiko Toga, a wanted villain on the run, Kuin's anonymity and ability to take over different hosts allowed her to perfectly blend into society, living a daily school life while acting as a villain from the shadows under the guise of having a "part-time job", being responsible for several Instant Villain incidents without arousing any suspicion or having any of her bees traced back to her, with only Knuckleduster eventually tracking her down.

Upon being confronted, Kuin proves to be a skilled fighter, using her bees as improvised explosives, albeit not very powerful due to the recoil they have, as well as injecting herself with Trigger and Teruo's blood, the latter of which granted her access to his Quirk. She eventually decided to go all out, being willing to kill Knuckleduster even if it came at the cost of her host's life.

Kuin was able to leap from building to building with ease and run at speeds that surpass those of Knuckleduster.

Kuin has some degree of skill in close-quarters combat, having been briefly able to pressure Knuckleduster, though she was quickly overpowered by the latter.

Kuin's Quirk allows her to take control of a human host and keep a massive swarm of worker bees in the host with her. Commanded telepathically by Kuin, the bees are a hive mind which can share mental images with each other. They can also contain substances in their bodies and use their stingers like syringes to inject said substances into a person's body by stinging them, or doing the reverse and extracting blood from their body. Queen Bee's hive mind allowed Kuin to use her bees as spies, and she could even take control of other people separate from her main host.

When her bees are killed, the damage is reflected on Kuin's body, as shown when Knuckleduster crushed one of her worker bees and Kuin's eye started bleeding as she felt the pain. Furthermore, as a parasitic insect, Kuin's ability to reason and think relies entirely on remaining within a host. When the host's brain functions cease, Kuin also loses her ability to think, and subsequently, control over the swarm is lost as they instinctively depart from the dying hive. Once Kuin's actual body is separated from the host, she becomes utterly vulnerable and subject to the mercy of her enemies.

Bomb Bees: Kuin can create highly explosive bees carrying explosive substances in their abdomen that detonate when ordered to. She usually sends a swarm of these bees to surround the enemy as they detonate, but they don't seem to cause much damage, and she can only make a few of them to avoid causing too much recoil on her host's body. As such, usually, only the first bee to explode is a real Bomb Bee, and the ones created after the first are simple firecrackers used as bluff.[11] Kuin will only create a genuine swarm of Bomb Bees in desperate situations if she's willing to sacrifice her host's life.
