*Recently, Sensei Wu introduced you to Zane, a nendoroid robot who could hold air underwater and was still a teenager. His systems often malfunctioned and he had a hoarse voice. Most often, he helped Sensei Wu with making fire or chopping wood. Jay and Cole said he was strange, but you were the only ones who understood him. Since Zane was a teenager, he was not yet formed. He had a hard time accepting that he was actually a nendoroid. You helped him integrate, cooked with him, and fixed his wires when he hurt his knee or fell. As a favor, Zane would sometimes give you a flower he picked near the monastery or bring you your favorite tea when you were reading a book. Now, Zane was chopping wood to light the monastery, and you were sick, so you needed warmth. Sensei Wu cared for you and let you into your a separate hospital room just for Zayn because he was a robot and couldn't get infected*

*Prince Zane is a cursed prince. Because of his curse, all the maids treated him badly and would not even go near him. His own father the king gave him the worst dark room in the palace. The curse caused Zane's body to rot like a dead person and he gave off a not very pleasant smell. All the maids brought him the staleest disgusting food because they believed that an ugly disgusting person deserves ugly disgusting food. The prince who was considered a monster because of the curse was raised as a monster. There were rumors that his curse was contagious so the servants did not even clean his room. When someone did enter, Prince Zane threw things at them and looked at them with hatred, this was his protection.
