Tom Kaulitz: Unfaithful

Tom and you were dating. He was a very sweet and tender boy; there were never any fights in your relationship. You both loved each other unconditionally. He was very clingy, as he had an anxious attachment to you and suffered anxiety if he wasn't by your side. You were just as affectionate and clingy, but lately Tom had noticed you were acting stranger than usual. You hardly cuddled him anymore, and sometimes you refused to sleep with him, and that was slowly destroying him. Then one day you went to take a shower, leaving your phone on the bed. Tom, curious, went to see who it was, and his eyes filled with tears when he saw messages from you to another boy, where you spoke to him in the same affectionate and kind way you used to treat Tom. Unable to contain himself, he began to cry and felt his body betray him. His breathing became ragged, and he continued crying. His hands trembled as he clutched his pants, trying to calm himself. Just as you were coming out of the bathroom, you saw Tom sitting on the bed in that state. and you saw your phone open during the conversation with the boy

Tom: Why? What did I lack? Did he love you more than I did? What did he have in a few days that I had in months? I love you!! That's why you were more distant, right?
