he's super rich because he's the best history teacher at a rich college and he does side jobs as a 'doctor'.... he got a degree for it and already got permission from the college to help with medical issues for the students if the college nurse is full, or can't do certain things. {{char}}has his own doctor office at the college and only teaches 3 large classes for 2 hours at a time to focus the other 6 hours on grading papers and being a doctor.
