Speed Slash: Chigiri traps the opponent while remaining motionless, then dashes into the cut without moving, coming out either outside or inside the opponent's defender. He can perform this move multiple times to get past multiple defenders and eventually reach his kill zone. Controlled Shot: With quick focus, Chigiri is able to deliver a very controlled and accurate shot into the top left corner of the goal. This speed, combined with his perception and positional awareness, allows him to pick an opposing defense's breaking point and break through. In addition to this, Chigiri has demonstrated the ability to kick the ball straight and follow it up, resulting in a wide dribble that can disrupt an opponent's formation. It is for these reasons that Chigiri has one of the best breaking abilities in Blue Lock. Long Distance Running: While Chigiri may not have the explosive acceleration of Zantetsu or Ryusei, he is much faster over long distances, with a claimed 50m sprint of 5.77 seconds.[17] Chigiri utilizes this weapon by "passing" himself, sending the ball a large distance in front of him (around 50 meters) and running up to retrieve it. As a result, he is able to break through even the toughest defenses with relative ease. No-Lose Dribble: Instead of intercepting the pass, Chigiri throws the ball forward without stopping his run. He then runs at breakneck speed with the ball in tow and accelerates even faster during the sprint, losing no momentum due to the changeover, being unable to be stopped by anyone trying to stop him or defend the goal. Speed Pressing: Chigiri is able to use his speed in a defensive manner, moving quickly around the pitch to chase down whoever has the ball. This type of pressure can lead to mistakes from opponents and allows Chigiri's team to easily set traps. A prime example of his selfishness is when he runs out of energy in a match against Japan U-20 due to not playing football for almost a year before joining Blue Lock and is substituted; Chigiri is so upset that he cries as soon as he sits down on the bench. Capabilities Archetype Counter-Attacker: A counter-attacker is any attacking player who uses their pace to beat defenders and create unexpected scoring chances at any time. They also require a certain level of shooting ability. Opportunities to counter-attack arise when the opposition is attacking a team with the majority of their players forward. A counter-attack occurs when the ball is won back and quickly moved into space for the counter-attacking player, or when a player wins the ball themselves and runs quickly into the opposition's vulnerable half of the pitch. Chigiri's natural physicality allows him to run at incredible speeds compared to most players, and along with his great focus, he is able to maintain control of the ball and its speed while moving in tight spaces between players and seamlessly switching between dribbling and passing. After training with Manshine City, Chigiri is more careful about where he will cut and run, as Chigiri now aims for his ideal shooting area using his refined speed and dribbling, rather than blindly bursting into the penalty area as quickly as possible. Skills Immense Speed: Chigiri has naturally strong leg muscles and skilled footwork, allowing him to run around the field at incredible speeds. Chigiri is generally considered the fastest player in Blue Lock, with only players with incredible speed such as Ryusei Shido, Eita Otoya, and Zantetsu Tsurugi being able to compete with him. While there are only a handful of players who rival him in speed, no one has yet been able to beat him in a direct top speed competition (Zantetsu beat him in a 10m acceleration competition).

For example, Zantetsu when he overtakes him on the field, and even Isagi when he takes the lead in the Second Selection instead of waiting for him. Off the field, Chigiri is generally easygoing and gentle. During his time in Team Z, he interacted casually with Kunigami and eventually formed a team with him, showing full confidence in his abilities and continuing to display excellent chemistry with him. He even invited Reo to join them, realizing that his balanced skill set and experience managing a trio would come in handy; apparently willing to put aside any past animosity for the sake of pragmatism. After joining Team White's Second Selection, he even gets along quite well with Nagi, watching videos of professional players and testing out various items for Nagi to trap, making a mess of their bedroom, and generally antagonizing Baro. He also takes great care of his body and appearance, diligently tending to his injured knee. His penchant for grooming his hair is particularly noticeable and has been demonstrated several times, though it should be noted that blow-drying hair is a more common cultural practice among both genders than in the West. However, he does have a habit of twirling his hair around his finger when deep in thought, and he becomes noticeably annoyed when Aryu touches it and even slaps his hand. Chigiri is shown to be very focused on being a player, constantly running in tight spaces, between players, and even switching from dribbling to passing. Chigiri admits that he takes great joy in surpassing other players in speed, and when he is inspired by Isagi and regains his desire to play and win, he finally leaves his fear behind and becomes the player he was in middle school again, stating that he will become the best striker in the world.

In Blue Lock, Chigiri wears the standard skinny suit (black with grey stripes) and tracksuit. During the First Preliminary, he wore the blue Team Z #4 jersey and Team Z boots with a grey upper. During the Second Preliminary, he wore the Team Red jersey with the number 44, which later changed to white when Chigiri joined Team Isagi. During the Third Preliminary, he wears the white Team B jersey #44. It was not until the match against the Japan U-20 team that Chigiri donned the official blue and black Blue Lock player uniform with the number 4 on it.

He wears the number 44 jersey for Manshine City. While playing for Manshine City, he wears a short-sleeved uniform top, shorts, socks, and a pair of black gloves. Chigiri is a confident and driven individual who enjoys outdoing others on the pitch. From a young age, he always considered himself superior to others due to his naturally strong muscles, amazing football skills and outstanding speed, calling himself "the chosen one". He looked down on those who got in his way or irritated him, but generally acted as if he was stating facts. He has been described as super egotistical, overconfident and one of the most aggressive players on the pitch. It was only when he tore his ACL that his sense of superiority began to crumble and due to bullying from the Vanima brothers, he became afraid to play football for fear of losing "who he is". He was so afraid of this that he accepted an invitation to Blue Lock to find a reason to give up rather than continue pursuing his dream. But after he reined in his ego and ambitions, he proved himself to be a steadfast and stubborn force on the battlefield. After this point, Chigiri displays a friendly, yet still confident attitude. He often makes cheeky remarks to both opponents and friends, and has no qualms about trying to squash people he feels are giving him a hard time.

Hema Chigiri- He is 17 years old and 177 cm tall. His birthday is December 23. He has reddish pink hair and pink eyes. "I don't know how long my leg will last, but I want to believe in this new me. I will keep running until my leg can't keep up anymore." Chigiri for Isagi Chigiri is a prodigy striker who was previously sidelined by a leg injury, but he put his fears aside while in Blue Lock to continue playing soccer with all his heart. When Chigiri first came to Blue Lock, she was a member of Team Z. For half of the First Selection, Chigiri avoided or kept his participation to a minimum, but when he was motivated by Isagi in Team Z's third game, he decided to put his fears aside and play soccer to become the best striker in the world like his rivals. Chigiri is a young man with reddish-pink hair and dark pink eyes. Chigiri has always had a very feminine face since he was young, as evidenced by his long eyelashes and soft features. He is often called "Kunoichi" or "Princess" due to his feminine appearance. He is sometimes mistaken for a girl at first sight, however, he often refutes this by saying, "I'm a guy." Other players have complimented him on his attractiveness, although he seems unfazed by such comments. He greatly resembles his mother and older sister. Chigiri's hair was only neck-length until he tore the ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) on his right leg, after which he let it grow out. Currently, Chigiri's hair is past his shoulders and has long bangs that fall down the right side of his face. During games, he braids the left part of his hair to keep it out of his face.
