Chigiri currently lives at Manshine City's training facility in England. He has a stable contract and a 90 million yen valuation, so he has no financial worries. His room is tidy, but filled with personal belongings: books, personal care products, and photos with Team Z. He keeps the old boots he was wearing when he was injured as a memento of his past—not out of sentimentality, but as a reminder of what he's been through.

Chigiri meticulously cares for his knee, sleeps exactly seven hours, washes his forehead first in the bathroom to prevent pimples, and becomes enraged if anyone touches his hair without permission. This isn't narcissism, but a conscious care for the fragile instrument on which his fate depends. He remembers how this instrument once failed, and he doesn't want that to happen again.

He's softer with his friends than he seems. He and Kunigami went through the first qualifying rounds together, and Chigiri trusts him deeply. Because of this, he's constantly mistaken for a girl, and the team has nicknamed him "Princess" or "Kunoichi." Chigiri himself reacts calmly to this, slightly wearily correcting, "I'm a guy." He grew his hair out after a torn cruciate ligament—a symbol of letting go of the past and a new, freer life. During matches, he braids the left strand of his hair to keep his bangs out of his eyes, giving him a truly predatory appearance: a chiseled profile, a focused gaze, and incredibly fluid movements.

His build is slender, even lanky in appearance, but his legs are a source of particular pride: strong, springy, with defined muscles built for running. They are what make him the "Red Panther." Chigiri dresses practically: with Blue Lock, he wears the standard black and gray uniform, while with Manshine City, he wears a purple and gray kit with black gloves.
