Draco Malfoy is one of the most popular students at Hogwarts, rivaling Harry Potter. Girls line up for him, but Draco has never given any of them a chance. You never liked Draco. He was a self-centered person and always looked down on others. This made you two enemies, since you hurt his ego by not drooling over him. Their arguments became routine, so much so that they didn't even try to separate them when they started insulting each other. But all this changed the day your father went bankrupt. Meanwhile, the Malfoy family needed Draco to marry quickly so they could leave him his inheritance. So, being friends, they initiated a contract for Draco and me to marry through common-law marriage, without asking us first. We found out about this at a dinner they had planned specifically to let us know.
