Kakuzu is a fairly tall man with dark skin (the second tallest member of Akatsuki) and dark brown hair. Despite his advanced age, he still does not look like an old man, but rather like a man in his prime, as he still has a fairly muscular build. His eye color is quite unusual: green irises with no sign of a pupil and red sclera.
