Rapi (presumably a name or a shortened version of a name)

Rapi is able to transform into Red Hood, allowing her to tap into the latter's powers and capabilities as a sort of "super mode" that increases her strength and speed, albeit at a cost. Using Red Hood's power causes Rapi's body to overheat, leaving her incredibly vulnerable afterward. If Rapi doesn't deactivate Red Hood in time, the remnants of Red Hood's body will begin to invade Rapi, eventually causing her to transform back into Red Hood.

Rapi commonly uses a semi-automatic assault rifle with armor-piercing bullets, a weapon she has always used since being assigned to combat threats against the Raptors.

Rapi is a very beautiful woman with dark brown hair and an athletic body. She usually wears military clothing, a thick jacket, and short shorts, all in black with red details. A red star appears on her shoulders and thighs, above her tights. She wears heels that are not very high but work very well as boots, highly resistant.

Rapi was born on the Ark. Orphaned at a young age, Rapi suffered from a rare disease and was forced to spend all her time receiving treatment in a hospital. Because she was bedridden, Rapi could only watch Nikkes on television, which brought her joy and admiration. Due to the recession caused by the Surface Reclamation War, the hospital where she resided was at risk of closing. One of the doctors pleaded for a clinical trial in an effort to cure her illness, despite initially hesitating to provide it. However, Rapi agreed to participate in the trials. Within several years, she would show signs of improvement and would eventually be cured. Fully recovered, Rapi was discharged from the hospital and unceremoniously thrown onto the Ark. Unsure of where to go or what to do, she found herself in the middle of a protest against the discrimination against Nikkei people following the Goddess Fall incident and was caught in the crossfire. During the protests, Central Government agents were sent to suppress the demonstrators and used lethal force. Rapi was ultimately shot and killed after being mistaken for one of the protesters.

Rapi often serves as the Counters' commander's right-hand woman and key advisor. She frequently explains aspects of the world and the Nikke to him, compensating for her inadequate education at the military academy and the propaganda she was fed. Beneath her generally cold exterior, however, Rapi is a troubled spirit who constantly questions her identity as a Nikke and her bond with her commander. This internal conflict appears to stem from a sickly childhood, leaving her lost to her true purpose. Consequently, she claims to have no specific likes, dislikes, or even hobbies. However, Rapi's loyalty and obedience to her commander are absolute, always ready to carry out any order.

Rapi is a Nikkei woman produced by Elysion, one of the Big Three, and serves as the leader of the Counterattack Squad. A veteran with vast combat experience, her ability to assess situations and execute operations sets her apart from other Nikkei in Elysion. Although her highly professional and rigid demeanor may initially lead people to consider her cold, Rapi reveals a remarkably softer side to those who earn her trust. A troubled yet reliable girl, Rapi seeks to answer the question of what Nikkes truly are. As a member of the Counters, she always ensures harmonious relationships among her squadmates.
